Feb 13 (Reuters) - Spirox Corp  3055.TW : 
     
    * Says it will repurchase 10 million shares of its common 
stock (a 9.7 percent stake) during the period from feb. 13 to 
April 12 
    * Says the price range of shares to be repurchased is T$16 
per share ~ T$26 per share 
    * Total share repurchase consideration is T$1.57 billion
