Cisco to acquire Splunk for $28 billion

Sept 21 (Reuters) - Cisco Systems  CSCO.O  said on
Thursday it will acquire cybersecurity company Splunk  SPLK.O 
for $157 per share in cash, representing about $28 billion in
equity value.
