** Co posts Q3 revenue of $631 million, above Wall Street estimates of $617.7 million - data compiled by LSEG

** The maker of fitness products forecasts annual revenue between $2.42 billion and $2.44 billion, midpoint of which is in line with analysts' estimates of $2.43 billion

** PTON launched a content-licensing partnership with Spotify in April, making its fitness content available to Spotify Premium subscribers across most countries

** In 2025, PTON slumped 29.2%
