** Shares of Shriram Pistons & Rings SHIE.NS rise as much as 4.4% to 2,741.6 rupees
** Co enters agreement with Grupo Antolin Irausa and Grupo Antolin Ingenieria for acquisition of Antolin Lighting India, Grupo Antolin India and Grupo Antolin Chakan
** Deal at enterprise value of 16.7 bln rupees ($186.1 mln)
** More than 96,000 shares traded as of 9:42 A.M. IST, 2.7x their 30-day moving avg
** SHIE last up 4.6%, adding to YTD gains of 20.1%
