** Auto parts maker reports net profit of 1.47 billion rupees for March-qtr, up ~23% y/y

** Co also recommends final dividend of 10 rupees per share for FY25

** Stock logs most active trading session on record; volumes at 22.3x the 30-day avg

** Session's gains trim YTD losses to 1.8%
