Springer Nature falls after BC Partners sells stake at discount

** Shares in Springer Nature SPGG.DE fall 7% in early trade after BC Partners sold a stake in the academic textbook publisher following this year's gains

** The shares were offered at 18.75 euros ($21.76) each, an 8.5% discount to Tuesday's close

** The total size of the stake sold is 100 million euros

** Shares in SPGG are up 7% YTD
