** Shares in the Springer Nature SPGG.DE rise 4% after the German publishing company raised its 2025 outlook on Tuesday
** It now expects FY25 revenue of 1.93 billion to 1.96 billion euros ($2.26 billion to $2.29 billion), after previously forecasting it at the upper half of a 1.89-1.94 billion euro range
** Springer Nature also lifts the midpoint of its annual EBITDA guidance by around 3%, seeing it at 540-560 million euros
** Its shares have fallen around 25% YTD, including Wednesday's rise
** The stock is on track for its best day since early June if the gains hold
