** Shares of enterprise software company Sprinklr CXM.N gain 11.4% to $9 premarket

** Co forecasts annual revenue in the range of $821.5 million and $823.5 million, higher than analysts' average estimate of $820.36 million, as per data compiled by LSEG

** CXM reports adj. Q4 profit of 10 cents/share, vs estimate of 7 cents/share

** Expects Q1 revenue between $201.5 million and $202.5 million; analysts on average expect Q1 revenue of $200.48 million

** Stock down 40.1% in the past 12 months
