SPS Commerce's  SPSC.O  shares down 1.1% at $184.07
    ** Company names Chad Collins as CEO, effective Oct. 2
    ** Collins will succeed current CEO Archie Black, who will
retire from the position effective Oct. 1, and will transition
to newly created role of executive chair of board
     ** SPSC shares up 43.5% YTD
