** NXP Semiconductors  NXPI.O  shares rise ~8% premarket,
while casino firm Penn National Gaming's  PENN.O  stock up ~7%
after S&P Dow Jones late Fri announced index changes to coincide
with quarterly rebalance
    ** NXP will replace Flowserve Corp  FLS.N  in S&P 500  .SPX 
prior to market open next Mon, Mar 22  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn5P2gvba
    ** S&P MidCap 400  .IDX  constituents PENN, generator maker
Generac Holdings Inc  GNR.N  and casino operator Caesars
Entertainment  CZR.O  all being promoted to SPX on Mar 22
    ** In turn, SL Green Realty  SLG.N , Xerox  XRX.N  and
Vontier Corp  VNT.N  to move to S&P MidCap
    ** Also, SPX constituents Broadcom  AVGO.O , T-Mobile US
 TMUS.O  and Linde  LIN.N  moving to S&P 100  .OEXA . They are
replacing Allstate  ALL.N , Kinder Morgan  KMI.N  and
Schlumberger  SLB.N , who will remain in SPX
