Spanish train maker Talgo said on Tuesday it received a
merger offer from Czech rival Skoda four months after Hungarian
consortium Ganz-Mavag launched a public tender offer for all

Squirrel Media said on Tuesday it had completed the
acquisition of The Hook, part of IKI Group, which uses

Owner of Audax Renovables ADXR.MC Jose Elias has formed a
consortium of investors to bid for OHLA, news website El
Confidencial reported citing sources close to the negotiations.
Elias could help OHLA secure a capital increase as the company
seeks to raise up to 150 million euros ($163.38 million), El
Confidencial added.

JPMorgan raised its target price to 8.3 euros ($9.04) from
