June 1 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

Siemens Energy said on Tuesday it had filed to Spain's
market regulator the application for approval of the takeover

Separately, Siemens Energy is already negotiating a loan
with major Spanish banks to take over Siemens Gamesa, news
website El Confidencial reported on Wednesday.

Telefonica short-listed German insurer Allianz, Canadian
pension fund CDPQ, Dutch pension fund PGGM and French fund
Vauban, a unit of French bank Natixis, as bidders for a minority
stake in its rural and semi-rural telecom infrastructure,
