in Russia, closing its 502 shops and stopping online sales, the

Inditex founder Amancio Ortega, through his investment
company Pontegadea, is planning to bid for the 25% stake in
Repsol's renewable business, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias
reported on Monday citing unidentified financial sources.

The government has proposed to Telefonica and Criteria Caixa
to take a stake in Indra's capital and ally with the government,
which plans to raise its own stake to 28%, to control the
company and implement a strategic plan focused on the air and
defence sector, Spanish news website El Confidencial reported on
Monday.
SOLARIA SLRS.MC
RBC upgraded the company to "outperform" from "sector
perform" and raised its target price to 19 euros from 18 euros.
