The Spanish government will ensure Naturgy's NTGY.MC plans
to spin off its power and gas infrastructure meet conditions set

Criteria Caixa reached 1.88% of Telefonica at the end of
September after completing more than 50 operations with an
investment of about 110 million euros since the presentation of
the accounts for the first half of the year, Spanish newspaper
