** Shares of SRJ Technologies SRJ.AX surge 50% to A$0.018, their highest level since November 4

** Stock set for its strongest trading session since September 8, if current trends hold

** Pipeline management co's unit, First Avenue General Contracting to form a joint venture (JV) with Abu Dhabi-based CAPSA Engineering & Contracting, which has a contract with a National Oil Company (NOC), to deliver work in the Middle East

** JV to service contract from the NOC to CAPSA for covering electrical services for gas operation and maintenance sites.

** Contract valued at $23.8 million for four years

** Shares fall 68.8% YTD, including day's moves
