to A0.082, highest level since Dec. 1  
    ** Engineering services provider says it has signed a
strategic commercial partnership with UK-based specialised
advanced robotic inspections co Air Control Entech Ltd
    ** Adds agreement to develop new, innovative technologies
for energy sector and expand global reach of both entities
    ** Stock set for biggest intraday jump since Dec 1, if gains
hold
    ** Stock has fallen 22% this year as of last close
