** Company to embed robotic inspection services across AD Ports Group Maritime Network in UAE via deal with AD Ports' unit

** Deal has indicative value to SRJ over the 18-month term of $1.3 million

** About 14 million shares change hands, 1.9x the 30-day average of 12.6 million

** Stock down 33.3% YTD including moves in current session
