SS&C to buy Carlyle's British fund network Calastone for about $1 billion

July 21 (Reuters) - Financial software provider SS&C Technologies SSNC.O said on Monday it will acquire Carlyle's CG.O British fund network and data business Calastone for about 766 million pounds ($1.03 billion).
