DEBT Credit ratings agency S&P Global on Friday revised Italy's outlook to "positive" from "stable", citing improving public finances and a resilient external position. COMPANIES (*) INTESA SANPAOLO ISP.MI Italy's biggest bank on Monday set a net profit goal above 11.5 billion euros ($13.6 billion) for 2029 and said it would return around 50 billion euros to investors over five years. UNICREDIT CRDI.MI, GENERALI GASI.MI The CEOs of the two companies are expected to meet early this week and may discuss the creation of a joint venture in wealth management, La Stampa reported on Sunday. ENI ENI.MI The Italian energy major and Argentina's YPF are set to ratify "by the end of the year" an agreement on the Vaca Muerta liquefied natural gas (LNG) project, YPF Chairman and CEO Horacio Daniel Marin told Saturday's Il Sole 24 Ore newspaper. STELLANTIS STLAM.MI The automaker told US employees to come into the office five days a week from March 30, Business Insider reported on Friday. (*) BFF BANK BFF.MI The Italian bank said on Monday its CEO Massimiliano Belingheri had stepped down. The lender, specialized in buying credits that companies have with the public administration, added it had taken actions to de-risk its factoring portfolio and revised its 2026 targets downwards, pointing to an adjusted net income of 160 million euros from a previous target of 240 million euros. The lender, which will present its new strategic plan in the second half of 2026, has appointed Giuseppe Sica as general manager with full powers previously held by Belingheri. JUVENTUS JUVE.MI The Bianconeri won 4-1 in Parma on matchday 23, temporarily moving into fourth place in the table.
