Italian energy company Eni said on Tuesday it had launched
an accelerated bookbuilding procedure to sell 10% of the share
capital of oilfield group Saipem.
LEONARDO LDOF.MI
The Italian defence and aerospace group said on Tuesday it
had interrupted negotiations with Franco-German consortium
KMW+Nexter Defence Systems (KNDS) to create a strategic tank
alliance, without giving a reason.
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
Italy's industry ministry said on Tuesday it would assess
whether changes planned by ACC, a battery joint venture backed
by carmakers Stellantis STLAM.MI and Mercedes MBGn.DE , to a
gigafactory project in the Adriatic town of Termoli are
consistent with the terms of the planned state aid.
The government has asked for guarantees on jobs levels at
Stellantis' production facilities in the area, the ministry
said.
LAZIO LAZI.MI
Lazio have appointed former Hellas Verona coach Marco Baroni
as their new manager to replace Igor Tudor, the Serie A club
said on Tuesday.

Prosecutors in Milan are investigating the supply chain of
around a dozen more fashion brands, a person with knowledge of
the matter said, after a unit of France's LVMH LVMH.PA in
Italy was placed under court administration in a worker
exploitation probe.
