wholly owned subsidiary named Ssangyong Enertech Co., Ltd, to 
increase profitability and strengthen operating efficiency as 
well as optimize the new subsidiary's financial structure 
    * Says divesture effective date is Jan. 10, 2017 and 
expected registered date is Jan. 11, 2017
