ADDITIONAL LISTING
SSE (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the Block Listing of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares. Expected admission date 19 August 2016.
This Block Listing is required to satisfy allotments of shares under the Company's SAYE Sharesave Scheme. 
When issued these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
