SSE notifies pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that Dame Angela Strank, independent non-Executive Director of SSE plc, has been appointed independent non-Executive Director of Mondi plc with effect from 22 April 2021. Mondi plc has a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange (MNDI), and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited (MNP).
