CBE, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a
Non-Executive Director of NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited with effect from 1
April 2023. NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited is a renewable energy investment
company listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and is a
constituent of the FSTE250.
