The Company announces that, on 6 July 2017, it granted options over a total of 2,616,568 ordinary shares to employees under its all-employee savings-related share option scheme ("the Scheme") at an option price of 11.94 per ordinary share. This included the grant of options to the Directors/PDMRs set out in the table below.
