The Company was notified on 9 April 2025 by Computershare Investor Services
plc, the provider of the Irish all-employee Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"),
that it purchased ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the
Company on 7 April 2025 on behalf of, and awarded matching shares to, the
