Following changes made to the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") as a result of the Transparency Directive Amending Directive, the Company is required to disclose its home Member State. In accordance with DTR 6.4.2R, SSE plc announces that the United Kingdom is its home Member State.
