SSE announces its timetable in relation to the final dividend of 40 pence per
ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2024.

Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to withdraw from the
Scrip Dividend Scheme can do so online via www.sse-shares.com
(http://www.sse-shares.com) to arrive no later than 22 August 2024.

 

Shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form should consult their
