SSE announces its timetable in relation to the interim dividend of 29.0p pence
per ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2023.

Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to participate in
the Scrip Dividend Scheme can join online via www.sse-shares.com
(http://www.sse-shares.com) by no later than 10 February 2023.

 

Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to withdraw from the
Scrip Dividend Scheme can do so online via www.sse-shares.com
(http://www.sse-shares.com)   or by written request to Link Group to arrive
no later than 10 February 2023.

 

Shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form should consult their
