** Stock hits highest since June 13

** Gold explorer secures approvals for both program of work and small mining operation at the Mt Fisher gold project, Western Australia

** Says approvals cover exploration and small-scale mining activities on granted mining lease

** Signs mining profit share joint venture with unit of SSH Group SSH.AX to drill, evaluate, process, and sell stockpiled gold ore at project

** SSH shares up 8% to A$0.135, highest since June 26

** High-Tech says there is early cash flow potential for co with free-carried profit share terms delivering 85% of net proceeds

** YTD, HTM up 40.8% as of last close
