** Diversified service delivery provider says it will acquire Total Contract Mining, including all its assets comprising operational procedures and policies, for A$60,000 ($38,742)

** Says acquisition will strengthen its mining services vertical - SSH Mining's capabilities

** Stock up 60.7% YTD
