Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
On 16 December 2016 the person set out in the table below, being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Company's International Share Incentive Plan ("ISIP") at a price of 3.814 per Share and was also given a right to acquire Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Awards element of the ISIP. The acquisition and award of Shares took place in the United Kingdom.
