Notification of transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") 
 
The Company has been notified that on the person set out in the table below, being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), has acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Company's International Share Incentive Plan ("ISIP") at a price of £6.23 per Share and and was also given a right to acquire Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Awards element of the ISIP.  Details are set out in the table below.
