(the "Company")
Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR")
The Company has been notified that the persons set out in the tables below,
each being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), were
granted awards taking the form of nil cost options or conditional share awards
("Awards") to acquire ordinary shares of 1(17/200) pence each ("Shares") on
the dates and at the prices set out below.
The number of Shares subject to the Awards has been determined by reference to
the closing price of the Company's Shares on the day before the Awards were
granted, being £2.3985 per Share.
The vesting of the Awards is subject to the satisfaction of performance
underpins measured over a three-year period from 1 October 2021 to 30
September 2024. Following exercise, the Shares under the Award issued to the
Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer will be subject
to a two-year holding period (calculated from the date of vest).
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation
which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
