 Transactions in own shares
 SSP Group plc, ISIN: GB00BGBN7C04 (the "Company", "SSP") announces that on 22
 December 2025 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary
 shares of 1 (17/200) each from Barclays Bank plc as part of its £100 million
 share repurchase programme announced on 09 October 2025 (the "Programme"). All
 shares were purchased from Barclays Bank plc as an "on exchange" transaction
 subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

 Total number of shares purchased:                             10,278
 Highest price paid per share (pence):                         209.0000p
 Lowest price paid per share (pence):                          209.0000p
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence):         209.0000p

 To date, the Company has purchased 10,098,804 ordinary shares in aggregate for
 cancellation from Barclays Bank plc in accordance with the Programme.
 Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the
 Company will have 794,307,392 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not
 hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company
 will therefore be 794,307,392.

 in connection with the above purchase is set out below.
