Transactions in own shares
SSP Group plc, ISIN: GB00BGBN7C04 (the "Company", "SSP") announces that on 10
February 2026 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary
shares of 1 (17/200) each from Barclays Bank plc as part of its £100 million
share repurchase programme announced on 09 October 2025 (the "Programme"). All
shares were purchased from Barclays Bank plc as an "on exchange" transaction
subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.
Date of purchases: 10 February 2026
Total number of shares purchased: 226,973
Highest price paid per share (pence): 189.6000p
Lowest price paid per share (pence): 184.9000p
Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence): 186.9960p
To date, the Company has purchased 17,203,368 ordinary shares in aggregate for
cancellation from Barclays Bank plc in accordance with the Programme.
Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the
Company will have 787,302,828 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not
hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company
will therefore be 787,302,828.

in connection with the above purchase is set out below.
