St. James's Place plc (the "Company")

 

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling
2,701,268 ordinary shares of 15 pence each, to trade on the London Stock
Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares will be
reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with:

 

1.         St. James's Place Sharesave Option Plan (526,325)

2.         St. James's Place Company Share Option Plan (259,043)

3.         St. James's Place Performance Share Plan (1,226,752)

4.         Restricted Share Plan (171,416)

5.         St. James's Place Deferred Bonus Plan (517,732)

 

It is expected that admission will become effective on 10 March 2022. When
issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of
the Company.
