Annual Report and Account 2022 ("Annual Report 2022") and Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2023 ("AGM Notice 2023")

 

SJP announces that its Annual Report 2022 and AGM Notice 2023 have today been
sent to shareholders.

 

The SJP Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, 18 May
2023 at The Royal Aeronautical Society, 4 Hamilton Place, London, W1J 7BQ.

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, SJP has submitted the following
document to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism.  The
documents are available for inspection at:
