Annual Report and Account 2024 ("Annual Report 2024") and Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2025 ("AGM Notice 2025")

 

SJP announces that its Annual Report 2024 and AGM Notice 2025 have today been
sent to shareholders.

 

The SJP Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, 13 May 2025
at Woburn House, 20-24 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9HQ.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4, SJP has submitted the AGM Notice 2025 to
the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism.  It is
available for inspection
