Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

 

SJP announces that it has published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the
"Notice"), which will be held at 10:00am on Thursday 30 April 2026 at St.
James's Place House, 1 Tetbury Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 1FP.

 

The Notice and the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31
December 2025 (the "Annual Report 2025") has today been sent to
shareholders.

 

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 and
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.2.2, the Notice has been submitted
to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism. It is
available for inspection at:
