Ordinary Shares: St. James's Place plc - ordinary shares of 15 pence Date of purchase: 3 October 2025 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 189,300 Lowest price per share (pence): 1,289.5000 Highest price per share (pence): 1,301.5000 Average price paid per share (pence): 1,292.7661 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 527,221,510 The figure of 527,221,510 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
