Ordinary Shares: St. James's Place plc - ordinary shares of 15 pence Date of purchase: 6 October 2025 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 182,000 Lowest price per share (pence): 1,285.0000 Highest price per share (pence): 1,309.0000 Average price paid per share (pence): 1,297.1314 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 527,039,510 The figure of 527,039,510 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it applies in the UK (the Market Abuse Regulation), a full breakdown of the individual purchases is attached to this announcement. The Company announces that, following the purchase of these shares, the share buy-back programme announced on 31 July 2025 has completed. Since the commencement of the share buy-back programme announced on 31 July 2025, the Company has purchased 7,522,665 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 1269.3153p per ordinary share for a total consideration of approximately £95.5 million.
