Annual Report and Account 2023 ("Annual Report 2023") and Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2024 ("AGM Notice 2024")

 

SJP announces that its Annual Report 2023 and AGM Notice 2024 have today been
sent to shareholders.

 

The SJP Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, 15 May
2024 at Woburn House, 20-24 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9HQ.

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, SJP has submitted the AGM Notice 2024
to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism.  It is
available for inspection
