** Shares in real estate company St Joe Co  JOE.N  were up 12.8%
on Monday, on track for their biggest one-day percentage gain
since March without an obvious driver 
    ** The company, which has a mix of residential, commercial,
resort and forestry assets, last traded at $23.98 after earlier
hitting a high of $24.44 with trading volume exceeding three
times the 10-day moving average for the stock
    ** A company spokesperson did not immediately provide a
comment, nor did its biggest shareholder, Fairholme Capital
Management, which held more than 44% of the company as of June
