Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 19 May 2026 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, sold 124,207 Ordinary shares at an average price of £0.38 per share and purchased 124,207 Ordinary shares at an average price of £0.38 per share. On 20 May 2026 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited sold 243,794,Ordinary shares at an average price of £0.38 per share and purchased 243,794 Ordinary shares at an average price of £0.38 per share.

Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited remains 34,778,675 Ordinary Shares. As a result of these transactions, there is no change in overall ownership of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, which represents  29.98% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
