Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Further to the approval of the appropriate resolution at the Annual General Meeting which was held earlier today, Staffline, the recruitment and training group, confirms the appointment of Tom Spain as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.  Tom Spain is the Board representative of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, the largest shareholder in the Company.
The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU NO. 596/2014) as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR"), Henry Spain Investment Services Limited is considered to be a 'person closely associated' with Thomas Spain by virtue of him discharging managerial responsibilities over it (he is also the sole director and sole shareholder). Henry Spain Investment Services Limited acts as discretionary investment manager (including holding discretionary voting rights) to a number of underlying private clients, resulting in a notifiable interest in 25,352,121 Ordinary Shares.  Thomas Spain also has a personal beneficial interest in 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares. 
 
There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
