Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified
that on 09 May 2024, 40,326 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") were sold at £0.3222 per Ordinary Share by a private client of Henry
Spain Investment Services Limited ("Henry Spain"). The private client decided
to liquidate its portfolio because it was ending its relationship with Henry
Spain. Henry Spain is a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain,
Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company.

The notifiable interest of Henry Spain has therefore decreased to 35,806,250
Ordinary Shares, which is 24.00% of Ordinary Shares in issue.
