("Staffline", the "Company" or the "Group")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified
of two transactions by Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person
closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and
Interim Chairman of the Company.

On 5 August 2024 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited transferred
out 119,794 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £0.365
per Ordinary Share.

On 6 August 2024 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited sold and
repurchased 249,650 Ordinary Shares at £0.365 per Ordinary Share.

Both of these transactions were due to adjustments in individual client
portfolios.

Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited
is now 36,023,410 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.5% of the issued Ordinary
Share capital of the Company.
