Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 8
April 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely
associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of
the Company, has sold 172,844  Ordinary Shares at £0.306 per Ordinary
Share, due to the transfer out of a client portfolio.

Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited
has decreased to 33,980,936 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.50% of the
issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
