Staffline, the recruitment and training group, confirms that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 has been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy. These documents are available from the investors section of the Group's website: www.stafflinegroupplc.co.uk.
 
Notice of AGM 
 
The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 28 July 2021. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Government's measures to restrict travel and limiting group gatherings, shareholders must not attend the meeting in person. In lieu of attending the meeting, shareholders are requested to submit their votes by proxy, further details of which are contained in the notice. No business, other than the resolutions set out in the notice will be considered at the meeting. 
 
The Company welcomes engagement with its shareholders and encourages those with a question for the Board to submit them at https://www.stafflinegroupplc.co.uk/investor-relations/shareholder-information/agm/, the answers to which will then be published on the Company's website.
